  • Higher Education Diploma

  • Must have 3-5 years of work experience;

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Azerbaijani and English and Russian;

  • Ability to work freely in Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook);

Job Describtion:

  • Monitoring the registration of all incoming and outgoing documents, document delivery and document circulation;

  • Accepting and submiting documents for signature of management;

  • Carrying out other relevant tasks of the management;

  • Equipping the new employee with office equipment, inventory, and supplies;

  • Preparation of acts of Acceptance;

  • Ordering an access card for newly arrived employees;

  • Meeting schedule and room monitoring;


  • Effective verbal communication and listening skills;

  • Effective organizational skills;

  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing;

  • Time-Management skills;

  • Problem-solving skills;
