Higher Education Diploma
Must have 3-5 years of work experience;
Excellent written and oral communication skills in Azerbaijani and English and Russian;
Ability to work freely in Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook);
Monitoring the registration of all incoming and outgoing documents, document delivery and document circulation;
Accepting and submiting documents for signature of management;
Carrying out other relevant tasks of the management;
Equipping the new employee with office equipment, inventory, and supplies;
Preparation of acts of Acceptance;
Ordering an access card for newly arrived employees;
Meeting schedule and room monitoring;
Effective verbal communication and listening skills;
Effective organizational skills;
Ability to communicate effectively in writing;
