Student Service Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
Manage student enrollment and onboarding activities
Deal with day-to-day student interactions/inquiries to address student needs
Build relationships with students through individual meetings, group sessions, etc.
Organize student meetups, training and other events to support the professional development of students and alumni
Support building new and enhancing existing partnership relationships with various companies and organizations
Deal with tasks related to class management
Organize & support examination and assessment processes
Required Qualifications:
Effective communication skills
Fast learner
Experience with facilitation and instruction in group environments
Strong organization and time management skills
Uphold company core values in all interactions
Bachelor’s degree. Information Technology and related field degree is a strong advantage
