What you will do

  • Performs service desk functions, responds to ticket inquiries, records, documents, and troubleshoots customer issues.

  • Performs duties associated with setup, configuration, and installation of system software products and peripheral equipment.

  • Programs and troubleshoots computer software and hardware. Identifies, logs, and resolves problems

  • Performs all other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and experience with superior attention to detail.

  • A sincere interest in the IT/Technology field and  technical knowledge

  • Willing to learn, study and train

  • Basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
