What you will do

Performs service desk functions, responds to ticket inquiries, records, documents, and troubleshoots customer issues.

Performs duties associated with setup, configuration, and installation of system software products and peripheral equipment.

Programs and troubleshoots computer software and hardware. Identifies, logs, and resolves problems

Performs all other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Excellent written and oral communication skills and experience with superior attention to detail.

A sincere interest in the IT/Technology field and  technical knowledge

Willing to learn, study and train

Basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
